Real Estate pre-licensing coaching

Join us for pre-licensing classes to pass the UBC Real Estate exam on your first attempt. Our instructor will provide you with the lecture and review the required course curriculum with each student. Our Modules are structured in a way to provide you with the most important information from each chapter. We have licensed instructors with more than 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Our expert instructors will conduct training sessions interactively and help students apply Real Estate best practices including step-by-step processes. The course duration will be 8 weeks. The batches will run in the late evenings or on weekends.

Real Estate English Language Proficiency Requirements:

As a requirement of the Rules made under the Real Estate Services Act, the ELPR may be satisfied by achieving a level 7 or higher on each of the four components (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) of the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program – General (CELPIP-G) test on the same test score report.

You may be granted an exemption to the CELPIP-General exam if you hold a conferred Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (e.g., Master’s degree) from an accredited university, college, or technical institute at which English is the primary language of instruction.
